品牌介紹：
林局衛董事長於1982年從雲林北上，先到中式餐廳當學徒，1987年轉至港式餐廳學習點心製作。1991年，為了呈現台灣在地美味的中式點心，與幾位白手起家的年輕人，以「易牙」為師，取名「易牙居」，在台灣台北市羅斯福路開了餐廳。於1992年創立易牙居點心坊，憑藉著上乘的品質與口感及產品質樸實在的力量，饕客絡繹不絕，門庭若市盛況不斷。1993年於永和成立緻宏食品(股)公司，開始拓展通路為餐廳飯店的冷凍食品業務；因產能關係於1999年遷移至中和工業廠房迄今。這些年來，所製產品深受B2B客戶愛戴，已成為台灣五星酒店及宴會餐廳之指定首選。近年更積極創立自有品牌、通路及異業結盟，樹立良好口碑與形象，讓五星級港式點心亦能推廣進入家庭，更藉由海外拓展，讓台灣美食國際化。
